Using the vacuum constant liquid-level working principle, it can fill liquid accurately. If the liquid level is over the position that marked by blue line, the machine will suck the extra liquid and make it back flow to the material container.
The machine is equipped with large storage tank, when the bottle is full and reaches the preset filling level, the extra liquid will be transferred back to the storage tank, and the bottle will keep full.
The size of capping head is customized according to bottle opening size, this ensures bottle caps can be pressed well, improving production quality. The quantity of capping head can be customized according to operation need.
The large air cylinder offer great power and ensures each capping head can press bottle caps well, making the machine work stably.
High quality labeling component, the height of labeling rolls can be adjusted according to labeling position. This can improve labeling accuracy, making sure there is no bubble under label stickers.
