This jam filling production line has functions of filling jam, feeding and tightening lug caps, labeling jam bottles automatically. It can also be used for packaging chili sauce, peanut butter, ketchup, etc. All of the machines can be customized as needed.

[Filling System] Driven by piston pump, this filling machine can fill thick paste accurately. Filling range of piston pump can be customized as your need.
[Capping System] Designed for tightening lug caps, the capping head can be customized as your products. The working height of capping head can be adjusted to suit for different containers.
[Labeling System] The labeling machine adopts the way of positioning and labeling, which can be used for single-side or double-side or wrap around labeling on round bottles. It can also be equipped with date coder that can print serial number automatically.
[PLC Control] This jam filling production line is equipped with PLC control panel, which makes it easier to set or adjust technical parameters. The language of panel is customizable.
