The temperature can be adjusted as production need. Cooling storage tanks help maintain a controlled temperature environment, preventing degradation and evaporation of delicate fragrance components.
It has two stage of filter, which can capture and remove particles, sediments, debris, and other impurities present in the perfume, improving production quality.
This automatic perfume mixing filling capping line is equipped with PLC operation panel, making it easy to control and debug the machine. The language of panel can be customized as your need.
Adopting the vacuum constant liquid-level working principle, it can fill liquid accurately. If the liquid level is over the position that marked by red line,the machine will suck the extra liquid and make it back flow to the material container. The filling nozzles can be controlled separately.
The capping mold can be customized and changed according to bottle size, ensuring the production quality.
The pressing head should be customized according to caps and bottle sizes. It can also be used to press collar ring.
