Filling Structure
Filling work is controlled by servo gear pump, which has high filling accuracy. The anti-dripping filling nozzles can prevent liquid from spraying out. Filling range can be customized as your production need.
Vibratory Bowl Sorter
Vibratory bowl sorting machine is used to feed caps orderly to save working labor. The cap feeding structure is customized based on cap size.
Capping Structure
The capping work is controlled by servo motor, and capping torsion can be adjusted easily. It suits for tightening screw-on caps. The working height of capping structure can be adjusted to suit different containers.
Customized Labeling Structure
Using star wheel to replace the bottle baffle to separate bottles. This kind of labeling structure has higher working capacity(60-100BPM). The structure can be customized according to your bottle size.
