Adjust
(1) When adjusting the inlet and outlet star wheel and bottle feeding screw rod, the bottle press head of the labeling machine shall prevail. First adjust the bottle feeding star wheel, when the bottle pressing head just overwhelms the bottle, adjust the bottle feeding star wheel so that the bottle is located in the middle of the star wheel groove;
(2) Adjustment of the bottle feeding screw rod: subject to the bottle feeding star wheel, when the bottle is located in the middle of the bottle feeding star wheel groove, adjust the screw rod so that the screw rod enters the bottle side close to the bottle but does not produce displacement.
(3) Adjustment of the star wheel out of the bottle: When the head of the bottle is just lifted, adjust the star wheel so that the bottle is located in the middle of the groove of the star wheel.
Label box
(1) The center line of the standard box, the center axis of the marking station is tangent to the label paper, the central axis of the marking plate is three points into a line, adjust the tangent between the standard plate and the label paper (0 distance), and then move the standard box closer to 1mm~2mm;
(2) The gap between the label paper and the pressure strip on both sides should be between 0.8mm-1mm, the gap is too large to cause the label paper to shift in the standard box, and the oblique mark appears, and the gap is too small to cause poor pushing;
(3) Adjustment of the position of the grabber hook of the standard box: the upper and lower and left and right grabbing hooks are in the same vertical plane and evenly work the marking paper, then the standard can be grasped smoothly;
(4) Adjustment of the label supply roller: When there is no label, the label pressure plate can be pressed to the very front of the label box and the label is loaded, and the label near the label hook finger cannot be crushed.
