Each clamping head is designed with sprayer, the liquid or air will be ejected to bottle inside continuously to wash or dry bottles once bottles are overturned and place well. Improves production quality.
The filling nozzle is with anti-dripping design,ensure the production cleanliness. Each nozzle can be controlled separately. We can also customize 2/6/8 filling nozzle of this machine.
It controls temperature by the thyristor, the temperature fluctuation is small and the power consumption is low,wine capsule will be shrinked evenly, and improves shrinking effect.According to the shrinking materials, the shrinking component will be customized.
The capping head is with great pressing power and can ensures the capping quality.This is suitable for pressing type bottle caps.The vibratory bowl sorter is designed for feeding bottle caps automatically, this saves working labor.
The automatic liquor bottle packing line is equipped with chain conveyor belt, which has large weight capacity. It can help to transport bottles and ensures the capping work be in order. The width of conveyor belt can be customized according to bottle diameter.
High quality labeling component,the height of labeling rolls can be adjusted according to labeling position, this can improve labeling accuracy, making sure there is no bubble under label stickers.
The electric eye can detect bottles according to light transmittance, and the sensitivity can be adjusted if you need to label stickers on bottles which are in different kinds of colors. This ensures labeling quality.
