The Z type elevator can supply filling material in time, With this, operator can saves working labor and reduce production error.It realizes the full automated production.
This automatic granule bottle filling line is equipped with PLC touch screen control panels, which are used to control weighing and filling function separately. Visual working parameters simplify the machine debugging, the operation language can be customized as production need.
Equipped with 4 heads filling nozzles, the working height of them can be adjusted according to bottle size.Multiple filling nozzles can be customized as production need.The anti-leakage design can improves filling accuracy.
Designed with optical scanner and servo controlled, it has feature of large scanning angle, large load and high working speed. With the way of red light positioning, it can mark products accurately.
The bottle guiding structure can be adjusted according to bottle diameter. This is designed for bottles which are easy to fall down during capping work, it can help to transport bottles stably.
High quality labeling component,the height of labeling rolls can be adjusted according to labeling position ,this can improve labeling accuracy,makes sure there is no bubble under label stickers. It is suitable for single side,double sides and wrap-around labeling for round bottles.
