Through the touch screen panel,it's easy to set working parameters and control the machine to work.The language of panel can be customized according to customers' need.
Equipped with high quality rotor pump, this filling machine is a filling equipment composed of a servo motor and a cam rotor pump. The pump head is a metering pump with a positive displacement structure. The displacement per revolution is a fixed value.The servo motor can accurately control the speed for metering and filling.
With pneumatic filling nozzle,it can be used for filling viscous liquid like gel, honey. The height of filling nozzle can be adjusted according to bottles' height.
Suitable for different kinds of bottle caps. The capping time, pressing time can be adjusted by operation panel.
Scrolling to label stickers, this machine is suitable for single side or double side labeling stickers on round bottles. It works accurately and helps to improve working efficiency and offers better labeling effect.
