2. Before driving, you must first rotate the machine with the rocking handle to check whether its rotation has any abnormalities, and confirm that it is normal before driving.
3. When adjusting the machine, the tools should be used appropriately, and it is strictly forbidden to disassemble parts with too large tools or too much force to avoid damaging the parts or affecting the performance of the machine.
4. Whenever the machine is adjusted, be sure to tighten the loose screws, and use the rocking handle to rotate the machine to see whether its action meets the requirements before driving.
5. The machine must be kept clean, and it is strictly forbidden to have oil, liquid or glass chips on the machine, so as not to cause damage to the machine, so it must:
(1) During the production process, the machine removes the liquid or glass chips in time.
(2) Before the shift handover, all parts of the machine surface should be cleaned once, and clean lubricating oil should be added to each activity department.
(3) It should be scrubbed once a week, especially the places that are not easy to clean in ordinary use or blown clean with compressed air.
