Starwheel mechanisms provide positive transfer of bottles between conveyor sections, ensuring smooth and accurate movement without jams or bottle misalignment. Changing starwheels can be used for different sizes of bottles.

Servo motors offer precise control over capping torque, allowing for accurate tightening of caps to the desired specifications. This minimizes the risk of over-tightened or under-tightened caps.

Working flow of e liquid filling capping machine
