The workflow of a liquid filler typically begins by placing empty bottles on pallets and transporting them to the next stage by a conveyor belt. From the conveyor belt to the unloader, the pallets are unloaded one by one, the boxes are brought with the conveyor to the unloader, empty bottles are taken out of the boxes, the empty boxes are brought to the case washer through the conveyor belt, and after cleaning, they are transported to the case packer, in order to put the bottles full of drinks in. Empty bottles removed from the unloader are sent to the washing machine by another conveyor belt for disinfection and cleaning. After being inspected by the bottle inspection machine, it enters the filling machine and capping machine after meeting the cleaning standards. The drinks are filled into bottles by a filling machine. The bottles filled with beverages are sealed with a capping machine and sent to the labeling machine for labeling. After labeling, it is sent to the case packer for packing, and then sent to the stacker to stack on the pallet and sent to the warehouse.
