The main working mechanism of the labeling machine is composed of several parts, such as the standard feeding device, the labeling device, the printing device, the gluing device and the interlocking device.
Tender device. The labeling device refers to the device that can supply the label paper according to certain process requirements during the labeling process. It is usually composed of a standard warehouse and a standard pushing device, where the standard warehouse is a device for storing labels, also known as a standard box. It can be designed as fixed or swinging according to requirements, and its structural forms are frame type and box type, and the box type standard warehouse is used more. It is mainly composed of a bottom plate and two side plates, the spacing between the two sides of the plate is adjustable to adapt to the size change of the label, the adjustment generally adopts a spiral device, the front end of the standard warehouse is equipped with a stop claw on both sides, there are needle shape, claw shape or comb tooth shape and other different structural forms, its function is to prevent the label from falling from the standard warehouse, and at the same time in the process of taking the label can be separated one by one. The standard bin is equipped with a push device, so that the front label can be continuously replenished after it is removed. Common standard feeding devices have several forms as shown in the figure. Figure 7-la is a trolley type, the box is designed to be inclined, and when pushing the mark, the tilt angle and the weight of the trolley determine the driving force on the label stack. Figure 7-lb is a heavy hammer type, the standard box is horizontal, the push pressure determines the weight of the heavy hammer, and it needs to be stopped when supplementing the label, which is mostly suitable for vertical labeling machines. Figure 7-LC is a lever type, the standard box is erected from the top surface to provide the standard, the supply force is determined by the size of the balance weight, and the push plate automatically rises as the label paper decreases. It is suitable for horizontal labeling machines, simple structure, high productivity, but the supplementary label needs to be stopped. Figure 7-ld is a spring type, the push pressure is the spring force of the spring, it is variable, when the label stack is thicker, the pressure is large, and vice versa. The spring can use a disc spring, which also needs to be stopped when replenishing labels, and is suitable for vertical labeling machines
