This machine has anti-dripping filling nozzle, it can prevent or minimize the dripping of sticky liquid. The working height can be adjusted by the rotary knob according to bottle height.
Equipped with high quality rotor pump, this filling machine is a filling equipment composed of a servo motor and a cam rotor pump. The pump head is a metering pump with a positive displacement structure. The displacement per revolution is a fixed value. The servo motor can accurately control the speed for metering and filling.
The electric eye can detect passing by bottles and control the filling machine to work automatically. The belt conveyor has smaller weight capacity when compared with chain conveyor, so we will recommend the filling volume of each bottle is not larger than 1000g.
The machine has larger hopper, which can ensure that filling material can be filled more smoothly. Extra mixing and heating function can be customized for the pretreatment of filling materials.
