Equipped with 90L large hopper, this is better for making the liquid flow faster and can feed filling material in time, improving working speed.
Equipped with the pneumatic filling nozzle, it has larger power and can improve filling speed when filling thicker liquid. This filler has heat preservation function which can make products remain in a more fluid state, improving its flow properties.
Designed for various shapes of bottle caps, like spray bottles, screw-on bottle caps. It will press the bottle caps and tight it automatically. Improve working efficiency greatly.
This machine is with electric eyes, which can prevent from missing bottles and reduce the working error. The sensitivity of the electric eye can be adjusted by the black machine part during working.
These three labeling wheels make bottles rotate and then finish labeling, ensuring that there are no bubbles under labels. Ensure the labeling effect. This is suitable for single side, double side and wrap around labeling.
This structure is designed for top side labeling on flat surface like bottle caps. The working height can be adjusted according to labeling objects. There is a brush which can improve labeling quality.
