This liquid filling capping and labeling machine is applicable for packing low-viscosity liquid, such as shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, laundry detergent, lotion. The machine can be widely used in daily chemical, beverage, chemical, personal care industries.
-Feature
[Filling System] The filling machine is equipped with piston pump, which can fill thicker liquid accurately. Filling range of piston pump can be customized as your production need.
[Cap Feeding System] This shampoo filling line is equipped with vibratory bowl, which can feed bottle covers automatically.
[Capping System] The capping machine is equipped with 4 rubber wheels, which can be widely used for screw-type caps, such as lotion pumps, trigger pumps, flip top caps. The working height and torque of capping head can be adjusted according to production need.
[Labeling System] Adopting the way of positioning and labeling, the machine can be used for single-sided or double-sided or wrap around labeling on round bottles. It can also be equipped with date coder to print date or batch automatically.
[PLC Control] The liquid filling capping and labeling machine adopts PLC control panel, making it easier to debug machine. The language of panel can be customized as needed.
