Air compressor transport the air, air through the solenoid valve and the ion generator will be purified, air will be blown through the air nozzle, blow dust or small particle out by the pressure of air, while the waste air will get to the outside through emission control. Multiple air nozzles can be customized as needed.
The electric eye can detect bottles, and send the signal to the machine system and control the machine to work automatically. The sensitivity of electric eye can be adjusted as needed.
The bottle clamping structure can fix bottles during cleaning work, ensuring bottle will not easy to move or fall down, this can improves cleaning quality.
The machine circuit is arranged neatly, this ensures machine can work stably and more convenient to debug machine.
