Equipped with PLC touch screen control panel, the customizable interface makes machine operation more convenient and intuitive. Different kinds of operation language can be customized as production need.
Equipped with a floating ball, when the material in the hopper is insufficient, the machine will supply the filling material in time through the feeding pump. Extra mixing and heating function are customized according to production need.
Equipped with servo motor piston pump, set filling volume according to control panel directly, this is more convenient when using the machine.It has higher filling accuracy.
Equipped with pneumatic filling nozzle, which is powerful for filling thicker liquid or paste. Multiple filling lanes can be customized to improve working capacity.
The film pulling structure is controlled by servo motor, bag sealing type includes back side sealing, three sides sealing and four sides sealing can be customized as needed. The sealing temperature can be adjusted according to film material.
Equipped with conveyor belt to convey finished products to next production process, it saves working labor and improves production capacity greatly.
