The touch screen panel is more convenient to adjust working parameter, it shows real time data and this is good for testing and adjusting the machine. Different kinds of operating language can be customized according to operation need.
The height of filling nozzle can be adjusted according to bottle height, prevents from spreading out liquid. Multiple filling nozzles can be customized according to production need. The electric eye can detect passing by bottles and control the machine to start work or not.
The capping head is controlled by the servo motor, which makes it can work faster and stably. The capping head can be customized according to cap diameter. The working height can be adjusted according to bottle height, improving working accuracy.
The peristaltic pump makes the machine can fill liquid without passing through pump, this is good for multiple fragrance or colorful liquid. It can prevent from mixing liquid by changing filling hose. After loosing clip, the hose can be changed easily.
Equipped with conveyor belt,it helps to transport bottles to next production process. With this, it can work with desktop automatic labeling machine to realize automated production.
