With vibratory bowl, it can arrange bottle caps in order and feed them automatically, saving labor cost. The vibratory bowl can be customized according to bottle cap size.
Equipped with rotor pump, this machine can be used for filling thick paste like facial cream, hand gel. The size of filling nozzle can be customized according to bottle size.
Driven by servo motor, the capping head can tighten caps well. Its working height can be adjusted according to bottle height. The capping structure can be customized according to your bottle caps.
The rotary wheel is designed for fixing and conveying bottles during production, saving labor cost. It can be customized or changed for different sizes of bottles.
