The filling structure is made of food grade steel wire hose, the outside of the hose is wrapped with high-temperature cloth, which can effectively organize heat dissipation, so that the material can be filled at a constant temperature.
Equipped with electric eye, it can detect passing by bottles and send the signal to control system to finish the automated filling work. The sensitivity can be adjusted as production need.
Equipped with feeding pump, it is powerful for filling thicker liquid or paste. This can supply filling material in time and saves labor to pour filling material into hopper.
The large hopper can be used for temporary storage of filling materials, extra mixing or heating function can be customized according to production need.This machine has the hot water circulation system which can keep the filling material be at a constant temperature until it is filled.
